SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The prices of the items indicated in each collection do not include shipping.
Shipping fee will depend on the delivery address. PHP 80 will be charged for Metro Manila areas and PHP 150 will be charged for provincial areas (outside Metro Manila). It will be added to the total amount during checkout. GEORGINE ships only to delivery addresses in the Philippines.
We ship out packages from Monday to Friday. Packages are shipped out one business day after confirmed payment.
Delivery to Metro Manila areas take 1-2 business days. Provincial deliveries take 3-5 business days.
Status for shipped items can be tracked in their corresponding websites using the tracking numbers which will be provided.
The store is not liable for any delay, loss or damage incurred while the items are in transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please check all your items immediately once received. For wrong item(s) shipped, exchange in size and manufacturing defects, please inform us within two (2) days of receipt.
We will not accept returns for change in style.
All items that you wish to return/exchange must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. This means seven (7) working days—Sundays and holidays are not included. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after the (7th) seventh day from the date of delivery.
GEORGINE follows a "No Refund" policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (unwashed and unused, tags still intact, no foul and unusual odors detected). Once approved by the team, a new item will be sent to you in exchange, depending on availability. Customer will have to shoulder shipping fees. (A gentle reminder to include the shipping fee in your package: php80 if within Metro Manila and php150 if provincial)
GEORGINE reserves the right to send back any items returned that do not meet our store policies
As part of our quality control procedures, we will check that all zips are in good working condition and there is no visible stain before shipping. Therefore we seek your understanding that STRICTLY NO RETURN / EXCHANGE due to damaged zips and visible stains.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned/refunded.
Only one return/exchange per item ordered is allowed.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with Subject: Return/exchange request and include the details of your request. We will respond to your email within 2 working days.
Payment can be made by bank deposit (BDO or BPI), and Paypal. Bank details will be sent together with the confirmation message once your order has been successfully placed.
We allow 3 business days for proof of payment to be sent to us via email at email@example.com (except for PayPal payments). We automatically cancel any order that has been left unpaid for more than 3 business days.
You may use your debit or credit card to pay online.
Just choose PayPal as your payment option and you will be automatically directed to a PayPal page where you will input your credit/debit card details.
Creation of a PayPal account is not required.
We will ship out your package one business day after confirmed payment.
BDO or BPI Deposit / Online Transfer
Proceed to any BDO or BPI branch and fill up a Cash Deposit slip with your total amount and our Account Details (which will be emailed to you upon completion of your order).
Hand your deposit slip and cash to the teller.
Email a photo of your deposit slip/screenshot confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org, with Subject: Order #[your order number] Payment
Please use the same account details for online transfers.
